CONFIRMED ORDERS:

A copy of your order will be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to you. Please review your order carefully! Check each item’s description, pack, price, and the quantity ordered to verify that they match the order you placed with us.

Report any discrepancies to our customer service staff immediately by fax to (815)469-9064, calling (815)469-0961, or emailing sales@craigbachman.com.

NET TERM CUSTOMERS:

If an import order has already been placed with the factory, any items canceled after confirmed order date will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25%.

ALL CUSTOMERS:

Once confirmed, stock orders that are canceled will be assessed a 25% re-stock fee.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and placed with the manufacturer. In the event you must cancel, your 50% deposit is forfeited, and additional charges may apply. If you decide to cancel your custom order after it has been received in the CBI warehouse and is ready to ship, you will be charged a 100% re-stock fee. Customer may be charged up to the total custom order value if order is canceled.

LARGE VOLUME ORDERS:

Import orders that contain individual items with a net value being equal to; or exceeding $2,000, if canceled will be assessed a 50% re-stock fee.

CASH IN ADVANCE CUSTOMERS:

The 30% deposit is forfeited on any item canceled on a Confirmed Import Order. Orders are subject to forfeiture of deposit if your shipment is delayed beyond your cancel date due to reasons on your end. This may include, but, is not limited to: your account is on credit hold, we are waiting for final payment, or CBI incurs additional shipping charges due to incorrect shipping information.

If you cancel items on a confirmed order, and by canceling, your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or quantity discount, your order total will be recalculated, and additional charges may apply. However, if an item is canceled by us for any reason and you have already received your special price or promotional discount, the remaining promotional items will not be adjusted.

We make every effort to purchase the items requested. However, periodically an item will be delayed or canceled, which is beyond our control. CBI will make every effort to notify you in advance of such delays or cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE:

Processing of an order begins as soon as it is confirmed. If you change, cancel, or modify orders that are palletized and ready to ship, you will be assessed a $25.00 per pallet break down fee. This is in addition to any re-stock fee. This can result in a delay of your shipment.

UNCONFIRMED ORDERS:

You may make any changes you want to an unconfirmed order, without penalty. Please note, however, your order will not be placed with our suppliers until we receive your confirmation. Confirmation of orders after more than 2 weeks after order placement may be subject to price increases and may result in delay or cancellation of items. Upon receipt of your confirmed order, a CONFIRMATION LETTER will be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to you.
