The Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, creative projects, and brand development efforts. This role combines photography, digital content creation, image editing, social media support, and administrative functions to help maintain and strengthen the company's brand presence across multiple platforms.
This position requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who possesses strong photography and editing skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. This position plays an important role in creating high-quality visual content that supports sales, marketing campaigns, product launches, advertising, catalogs, social media, and website initiatives.
• Assist Marketing Team with projects and daily tasks.
• Assist in developing and maintaining content for the company website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity and brand presence across all marketing platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Support the creation of catalogs, brochures, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing communications.
• Capture high-quality professional photographs of products for use in catalogs, websites, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral.
• Plan, construct and dismantle temporary sets for specific product staging photos.
• Perform post-production editing including color correction, retouching, cropping, background adjustments, lighting enhancements, and image optimization.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and other departments on projects that support business objectives.
• Create lifestyle photos with products for marketing purposes such as catalogs and advertising.
• Review photos, edit and make necessary changes based on existing department standards
• Ensure all assignments are shot and edited on time for publication
• Manipulate photos to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools
• Follow image through editing process, confirming image is ultimately uploaded into ERP.
• Participate in artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives related to marketing content creation, image enhancement, workflow efficiency, and digital asset management.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Professional or educational experience in photography, digital content creation, and image editing required. Portfolio of work required.
• Experience managing social media content and marketing communications preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and related applications.
• Able to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Organizational Skills, exceptional communication and written skills.
• Working knowledge of Nikon Z8 and videography (a plus).
The work environment consists primarily of office, showroom, and photography studio settings, with occasional work performed within a warehouse environment. The position may involve varying work conditions depending on photography locations, product staging requirements, and event-related activities.
Capable of lifting and moving tables, props, display structures and extension cords. When photographing, Marketing Associate will be standing majority of day on concrete and carpeted surfaces.
This is a full-time position. The normal work week is 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Position may require overtime and weekend hours during peak times throughout the year.
